That's because fully leaving straight away, as in just cutting ties and running, is not on the table of sensible thinking. There is too much at stake for everyone and every national institution.

For a small example, you do realise that pharmaceutical companies and chemists stockpiling medicines in the event of hard leave is not 'project fear' don't you ?

But if they put all the options on the voting form you gammons would still be reading it.
