So the proposed deal upsets the swivel eyed head bangers as it wasn't what they wanted and it upsets the remainers as it is not staying in the EU either so what is the point of carrying on with this farce

Or we could sort of do both - Go out with no deal, wait a little while for all the unsustainable disruption to play out/have Rees-Mogg's et al post Brexit utopia exposed for what it is, coupled with the fact that in the modern world people aren't just going to roll their sleeves up and make the best of things and accept disruption to their lives like it's the late 1940's etc as some people want, and we'll be heading back into The EEA, for a time limited period to begin with at least, in a matter of weeks. The referendum result will have still been enacted, plus people will have a chance to see what Brexit means Brexit actually is.

You're absolutely right. Now we are starting to see the impending impact of Brexit, and it all seems so negative, it would be good if the leading Brexiteers could come out with something positive.
Maybe a paper with a little bit of detail, explaining how they would see it working and what the benefits would be ...............................oh

the Democratic vote was to leave the EU, no single market, no freedom of movement ,not to difficult to comprehend, no one likes change but that's what will happen, but according to some the end of the UK is nigh, never to be a country on the world stage SLIPPING INTO THIRD WORLD TERRITORY , couldn't make it up

No deal with a trade deal afterwards, like other countries have managed to get being outside the EU. I voted to leave. All the other shit is just an attempt to grind people down, make them fed up. Just get on with it and deploy what we voted for.

Yes there is that, which would silence all the swivel eyed head bangers as the referendum result would have been enacted so they couldn't whinge for another. Then when we go back to the EU we adopt the Euro and all our other opt outs too which would be the price to pay to go back in

One thing is for sure thanks for Brexit we have 2 options for the future....
a) Keep the pedal on austerity and punish the poor (will please a lot of Tories as their desired policy can continue)
or
b) Borrow, borrow, borrow (like £15-20B for NHS for doesn't exist)
or
perhaps both
We were on our way out of the mess from the GFC, but we blew our big chance.

I said a year ago on here, I believe there is more chance of no Brexit than no deal. Nothing has changed

For 40 years we've been bombarded by sections of the media with rubbish about straight bananas (eg by Boris who openly admits that he used to make up stuff about the EU) and a vast number of UK citizens have been dragged into an argument within the Tory party. You only have to listen to today's Radio 5 coverage(with lots of input from ordinary people) to appreciate that a good many folk didn't know what they were voting for at the time and seem to understand - and acknowledge - that they know even less about it now.

Trade deals take years to negotiate. There are 157 trade deals to be done before next March just to keep things ticking over. You have a lot more faith in our politicians than I do, if you think they can negotiate all those trade deals before then.
