All tastes like washing up liquid to me.
Totally with you, reckon it's just a phase people are going through, pretending to like it to be cool

You know a LOT about real ale. I’ll bet you’ve got a beard and an anorak.

Only in BRIGHTON could you have such a session.

An ale and cheese meeting FFS.

The above picture is part of their campaign to attract more 'Punks' to invest in their beer.

Now, I don't like their beer.

I don't like the way they operate.

...............and

..............to me

.............that is not a particularly 'punk' crowd

........... it is very white.

Well it’s hardly going to be full of ethnic Muslims is it?

Just taken over a large bar in Nice, fair play but not very 'Punk' in the real sense. Mind you a few brewdog beers in the riviera sun sounds lovely.

It’s a very long phase, 9 years plus for me. When do you think it will end?

As well as acquiring quite a taste for their beers, I am also reasonably pleased with the current valuation which suggests a 5000% rise in value of my investment back on Day 1. In fact I was the first paid up Equity Punk.

So I will protect my investment and continue to drink myself richer.

Does it offend you someone else having a different pallette? Personally I can't stand these fashionable IPAs, DIPAS, NEIPAS etc etc. It doesn't mean I have shit taste, I prefer to drink classic traditional Belgian ales. Is that ok?

Most of us really don’t give a shit what others think. But making tedious, trite and unoriginal comments might engender the odd response don’t you think?

No one was offended. And no one said you or the other poster has shit taste.

Why don’t you join the conversation and tell us which beers you do like, instead of which beers you don’t?

PS it’s palate.

Never drank it but not for the want of trying...

Had a code for a free pint of 'Punk' from their pub near the art college...

Popped in and was told 'we're out of it mate' and was blanked when asked if there was an alternative i could try or when it would be back...

Thus **** you and not been back...

I recommend The Brighton Bierhaus, very friendly and many good beers to enjoy.

“We’re out of it mate” - out of beer? or high from their own supply? The fact he had no Punk IPA suggests the latter.

It’s pallette if you are an artist. (Insert punch line)

I notice in that VIZ story that they've spelt 'Distillery' wrong. And the Class 55 Deltic was introduced in 1960 not 1961. ****ing ignorant tossers!

(Now where did a put my pint of Puker's Old Grumbleweed?)
