Looking at the stats, I am relieved to get a point. Our injury list is a real concern. Well done the Albion for gaining a hard earned point at in-form Brentford,

Good point against an in form team at home.

We say that EVERY away game now, a point is not good enough EVERY away game if we want to be top two, fine if playoffs are the target. Sorry but disappointing away result for me

So we've got 44 points halfway through the season and on course for 88 points at the end.

The promoted sides over the Championship seasons and their respective points totals:

2014-2015 Bournemouth 90, Watford 89
2013-2014 Leicester 102, Burnley 93
2012-2013 Cardiff 87, Hull 79
2011-2012 Reading 89, Southampton 88
2010-2011 QPR 88, Norwich 84
2009-2010 Newcastle 102, West Brom 91
2008-2009 Wolves 90, Birmingham 83
2007-2008 West Brom 81, Stoke 79
2006-2007 Sunderland 88, Birmingham 86
2005-2006 Reading 106, Sheffield United 90
2004-2005 Sunderland 94, Wigan 87

88 points would've been enough for promotion in 6 of the 11 seasons.

Disagree. Away points are fine, so long as we win our home games.

A point from every away game will be fine, but only if win every home game. After last week's disappointment - and our extensive injury list - probably a good result to keep a clean sheet and stop the rot before losing becomes a habit.

Good result only in relation to (a) last week and (b) us not being very good today.
Massive pressure on the next two home games. Really need to win them both to stay there or thereabouts

Not a joy to watch, but a good spell in most of the second half. Need some fresh legs and new ideas in the squad as our numbers diminish. Need to win the next two to get in the spirit of being winners as well as hard to beat.

Am I? Great post me man. I really am not arse but I would love to meet this character.

Oi...leave our DAS alone. He is our top boy and we all love him. We don't need anyone trying to usurp his authority. Back off chap. You know not what you are playing with here.

A point is ok in a game like this given our current injury situation and lack of options. If we're still drawing too many by the end of Jan and Feb, when we've had the window and a few returning injured players, then it's time to be dissapointed.
