The squad is shredded if we want to play 4-4-2. Maybe 4-5-1 against Ipswich? We need to make use of the players in the squad that aren't injured. If we play 4-5-1 we can start with Crofts, Kayal and Stephens and bring on JFC (or Ince but I'd prefer JFC) for the last 20-30 minutes. It gives the attacking players a chance to be rotated too.
