What would we want that usless donkey for. Stoke you have no ambition.

And when Andy Johnson goes you'll have no team and no hope.

Well seeing as AJ is staying put we have nothing to fear. I would prefer to see the likes of Adebola back than Zamoron.:D

I assume us is an acronym for utter shite. Did you see them against us?

I think the name PERTH seagull gives it away, even if you don't look at the location. I very much doubt he saw the Stoke game, but I may be wrong. Perhaps the highlights on Seagulls World?

Can't help thinking Reading would be a better option for him, given the choice.

They seem in need of a striker for starters, I think Coppell would treat him pretty well, they're a bit more local than the Potteries and there's a very slight chance of Premiership football at the end of the season.

Plus they're a considerably smaller club than West Ham so he'd probably feel more at home, rather than surrounded by overpaid primadonnas as he is at the moment.

And he always did have a good scoring record at the Madejski Stadium :lolol:

Stoke aren't much of an attacking side, can't see that working out at all.

I bet at least one ballboy will not be looking forward to him joining! :lolol:

People, you NEED to get over BZ....he left AGES ago :jester:

Quite so. I got verbally battered on here some months ago for saying exactly the same. I know he had a cute smile and I liked the way he pulled his stockings over his knees too but please, let it go.

Even if the clubs have agreed a fee they'll still need to agree terms with him. I'd be quite surprised if he went to Stoke as he wasn't liked by their fans. Reading would be a better option.

I would have hated to see him in a Reading shirt. Stoke get 20k+ crowds and have an excellent stadium. I think he will do very well up there.

Wonder if he will still support West Ham given the stick fans have given him?

The Bobby Zamora who is currently employed by West Ham United isn't the same player who left us TWO YEARS AGO.

I feel nothing for the current BZ except sadness that things haven't worked out for him. I predict that he will end up a division below where we are now.

Actually Crabtree is quite right. BZ is another Ptere Ward who, in turn never did much when he went to Forest (apart from scoring a winner against us with his head !)

I often wonder if the signing of Wardy was the start of the huge rift between Messers Taylor and Clough. Ward was signed effectively by Taylor but Clough never rated him.

I'll tell you summat. Listening to RoyalAli bleat on about how good Reading are and how many games he's been to this season is possibly the most annoying and grating thing about this site.

True. In some ways I hope he DOES go to Palace (to replace AJ who moves to a decent club). That'll really finish them off as he clearly isn't a Premiership-standard striker. However he was my favorite Albion player of recent years, perhaps decades, and to see him in a Palace shirt would be a bit like seeing a favorite ex-girlfriend (who dumped you) in the arms of a complete useless tosser.

He will play for us again at Falmer there is no doubt in my mind.

Good luck to the fella.

I hope not...he was exceptional for us for a couple of seasons but when we needed an exceptional BZ his head was dancing with Sugar Plums and dreams of the Premiershite. For the last three months he was dire and that form has continued until now. He is not good enough for this division any more-if he was he'd be starting for Pardew every week.

Definitely time to let go....

I would like him to go to Reading and then perhaps thety will let us have Goater on loan if fit,a proven goalscorer in this division.

Reading doing the Albion a favour? That'd be a first :)
