I have eaten yet today, I've been hungover so badly all day after yesterday that I haven't been able to hold any food down, even drinking water has made me feel sick,:nono:

It hasn't been fun travelling back today.

Sunday morning brekkie for me is usually scrambled egg on toast or a bacon sandwich, fry ups are awesome, just the washing up after is a pain.

i have a protein shake in morning, but i mix 2 scopes of oats in with it, myprotein.com sell a 5kg bag for around a tenner. well worth it if your hitting gym. I then have a shake after a workout. week end brekki is usally bacon, poached eggs.

I do the same - its everything you need in a drink. Its class and the I reckon oats make it nicer. I use unflavoured oats n vanilla protein.

As for weekends scrambled eggs and bacon on toast with grilled tomatoes and mushroom. Laaaav it

Don't eat breakfast, never feel hungry in the mornings.

Never used to each lunch up until a few years ago. Used to be a one meal a day man, but now in advancing years feel peckish around lunchtime.

Breakfast during the week is one fresh egg from our chickens, with 2 rashers of bacon cooked in honey from our own bees. At the weekend, I have 2 eggs and 3 rashers of bacon. Delicious!
