Three shakes? Isn't that a .... ? [Oh, never mind]i have protein with EVERY meal like i just said lol. you dont only have protein post gym. i have about 3 shakes a day.
i have a protein shake in morning, but i mix 2 scopes of oats in with it, myprotein.com sell a 5kg bag for around a tenner. well worth it if your hitting gym. I then have a shake after a workout. week end brekki is usally bacon, poached eggs.
