If a centre-left party cannot be trusted with the economy, as you write, how would Corbyn staying be good, as a far left-wing group would be trusted even less.
I meant that if Labour and Tories have similar policies for the economy then Tories will win hands down as they can be trusted more. But if Labour offer a completely different alternative it may be worth going for . The good thing with the EU referendum is it has engaged a lot more people in politics and I really think the vote was against the establishment which would also play into Corbyn's hands. The labour supporters want him , it's obviously the rest of the party that's out of touch with the members if they can't see that.
