Ian Holloway performing O.S on yet another Championship manager post match. "What i love about your team is....".
Throughly undeserved win for Boro - annoying because after the shambles of the last few weeks they will definitely get a boost from that.
The best result as far as I'm concerned. Hull will pick up more points than Middlesborough in the last 9 games so happy to see them drop points now.

What you're missing is that this will be a confidence boost for 'boro. It's two weeks until their next game, two weeks that they can all feel good about themselves and their prospects of finishing in the top two. Had they have drawn, it would be two weeks of wondering if the manager should stay, if he knows what he's doing or what team he should pick, wondering whether they'll miss out on the automatic promotion, and when they'll actually win again.True, Hull have a much easier run in than any of the other 4 so them failing to pick up a point might actually turn out to be the best result for us.
A better result than a Hull win, but clearly not as good as 0-0
Still, Boro have to go to Burnley.
We'll just have to go to Boro, last day of the season for promotion.

Even if Hull had got a point (a decent away point under normal circumstances) it would still have been 5 games without a win, a run that's seen them drop from 1st in the table to 4th.
