Still both these teams were shite. Unconvincing. A win tomorrow and we open up a gap on hull and back into 2nd. Boro are probably the poorest of the top 4.

And they have the most difficult run-in.

Dreadful game of football. I don't mind this result if it keeps Hull's ordinary recent run going.

Boro didn't really deserve that (Hull looked the more likely winners over the 90 minutes) but hey ho. Nugent's goal was Boro's first effort on target apparently.

Oh well. Think it would have been worse if Hull had won.

So lucky but Nugent is a goal scorer, i do dislike Middlesboro, as a small club in my opinion.

Don't shout too loud....1958 and 9-0 mean anything.

In our hands.
Gosh weren't Boro absolute shite tonight.
Is that six goals in ELEVEN for Hull now?

Shit! Nugent 1-0 to Boro.

Before:

Then all we had to do is win at Boro. Still works.

Boro 70
Brighton 68
Hull 66

A long way to go though.

They've done that a few times now - lucky, undeserved 90th min winners...

Oh well, not seen anything to be too scared of. But of course, if our game v Sheff Weds was on TV they'd be saying the same about us!

0-0 all day long - if anyone was to win it was Hull. Then that happened - still win at MKD tomorrow and it's all forgotten again

Many positives here, 'Boro looked cack and Hull looked poor too. Whilst 'Ull appear to have the easier run in, neither were any good really.

3 points tomorrow please.

One thing is for sure, I'd fancy us against 'Boro right now.

Oh well. One positive is that this puts a lot of pressure on hull now. If they fail to get much out of their next 2/3 matches then it could easily become a three horse race.
