It's between Micky Adams and John Ward (ex Cheltenham manager). The investors in the club want Adams as manager, and apparently will only put money in if he's announced.

Harsh and Booker is not even the assistant anyway! Slade has always been able to bring in his own people.

Seems unlikely to me, unless Booker is sacked. he is happy at Brighton, he lives locally, his wife loves living here, Brighton have more ambition than Port Vale etc etc.

Also if Adams liked working with Booker so much why didn't he take him to Leicester or Coventry?

I hope not as I think El Abd is a good squad member.

Personally, I would hope that Micky snapped up Mayo, Hinshelwood (who I still think was INCREDIBLY hard done by), El-Abd, McLeod and Hawkins. Also Sullivan because he deserves to stay in the leagues and I can't see him getting a club.

I think he tried whilst at Leicester but BB turned it down and Micky went for Alan Cork instead
