I had a jolly good boo at the TV screen. In fact I've just let out another one.
Dont forget to report to your local police station on the morning. We are the only supporters in the country where this is illegal.

We weren’t awful. We completely controlled the game and created many chances although many of them were half chances. If we’d have scored in the first half we’d won easily. Very frustrating but our play was good, apart from our finishing.
It's actually an absolute joke how many times we've said this as fans over the last three seasons. I think I'm at the point where I'm unsure what's worse: just being shit and knowing it, or being so close to being really bloody good but not. It's a close call at this point for me as I think I'd feel less pissed off and resigned to it if we were just shit

Very much how I saw the game. Our ability to miss has become a joke mind. Pundits, Reporters, Commentators, Supporters of other clubs…everyone’s in on it for couple of seasons now. There are regular culprits eg Lallana and Solly especially, but also Welbeck. We should have buried Forest tonight, wish they’d sent a pre match social media clip of loads Seagulls being shot out of the sky…

Exactly this. I've watched the Albion for nearly 40 years and seen some utter dross but these identical performances over the last 3 years have been far more frustrating and depressing. To be honest, I don't think it's very good for me as I feel so totally shit after yet another game like this.

Thought the booing was directed at the officials who were very poor.
Was waiting for this to come up - it’s not aimed at you my response here.

Why is it that this excuse always gets used for when our fans boo the team following yet another performance against the worst PL team this season and we fail to score. Those who boo do so for their own reasons but it’s aimed at the team and the results on the pitch, sometimes at a certain players performance. It’s nothing to do with the officials

I haven’t condoned anything, just asked the question of if this will be mentioned still by the media in 12 months time like the small amount of boos for the performance against Leeds and the poor run of form at that time keeps being mentioned by the media

We did change formations. Not sure how you missed it to be honest
Did we during the game? Lamptey came on, March went central in Lallana’s position. Undav came on, played on the left side, Trossard went central in the Groß position

Same as always - out play the opposition - totally feck up any real chances - rinse and repeat .
Forest were not out played. They are a poor team who came to defend and extract what they could from the game. They succeeded.

Possession and time in the opponents half is nothing but a footnote. There was one chance that should have been put away. Very little aside of that.

Forest succeeded in their task. Albion failed. They out played us.

Totally disagree. They just got VERY lucky tonight. We had several golden chances that should have been buried plus hit the bar.

I’m not impressed by RDZ at all. Not gonna wet the bed but I haven’t seen any real strategy or change to strategy during a game
You are right, but which game are you thinking of where the strategy was clearly wrong? We have had an Xg higher than the opponents in every game he has taken so far, failing to score from the numerous chances is not really a strategy problem.

7 attempts on target to 0, hitting the bar, plus straight forward openings skied into row z, says they were outplayed.

A classic Amex game of the last 4 seasons, we created but are hopeless at finishing.

Often a fair question, but tonight it was both. At half time there was a very small smattering of boos when the whistle went that felt like it was directed at the team/the way the first half played out, but then as the ref made his way down the tunnel there was a lot more booing at him. I think there was the same thing at full time but a bit louder - booing at the team/way the game played out, then more booing as the ref reached the tunnel.

Given that the booing at the team wasn't end of the hyypia era levels, I could see people missing it and only noticing the booing at the officials.
