Can someone throw some light on this. What did Forster and Fraser say?

Listening to Fraser on the phone in, I took it to mean he wasn't happy with the way Adams ran the team, his man management and ousting all the home grown boys for the useless loans we had. This damaged the team spirit leading to the many poor performances we had this season. He also said Slade was the best man manager he had and knew how to build the players up and get the most from them. Fraser also said how he hopes the new manager post and contracts will be sorted sooner rather than later.

What worries me, is it Dick making the right decisions, but has no money or is it the Blooms making the wrong decisions, but have the all the money?
