Allergy or cold?

I recommend Desloratadine (NeoClarityn) / Cetrizine dihydrochloride (zirtec) for allergies. They might be prescription only for higher dose.

If you have a cold, live with it.

Ok, don't panic. Serious question: What colour is your snot?
If it's watery and clear, it's an allergy.
Green, yellow, thick and sticky is an infection.

Apologies if this offends anyone.

Ok babe, all is fine. Do you have any other symptoms eg. itchy eyes, headache?

I suggest you get down to your local pharmacy and get the strongest over the counter antihistamine they have. A fast acting one would be good. Warning, it might make you drowsey, so don't operate any machinery this afternoon.

Maybe you've eaten too much spicey curry. That could explain both symptoms.

And it's a PHARMACY!!

Go and get a Sinutab nasal spray from the chemist.

Easy.

Stop being such a MAN and get over it. On the plus side, Zirtec can make you constipated, so that might sort out both your problems.
