Proper Black Pudding is the Food of the Gods, one of the best things about working Offshore back in the 90's was our mid morning break where we could devour Black Pudding and Fried Egg Rolls with our cuppa.

Good black pudding is a thing of beauty. Done properly it is truly delicious. Recently got a couple of these from the British Charcuterie Company on line and cannot recommend enough for fans of the genre

Can you imagine me breeding a quiet, retiring Vegan who wouldn't notice or mention it ?
And when you know they've got the moral high ground it makes it even harder

One of my oldest friends has a pigpy based signature dish . . .3 ingredients, you can literally go out for football and beers, get home and its perfect ( assuming you set the oven low and actually turn it on )
Cider, pigs cheeks and chorizo.
Black pudding and scallops
