Of course it's not the best ever.

It's not a one off in the sense that you could quite easily set that shoot up, and have Tiger get it right within a couple of hours, or half a day at most. The only directing would be the crowd of a thousand extras.

I'm not sure what the point of this comment is, because it wasn't set-up and actually happened?

It is a good sports action photo, with the ball heading in the direction of the camera making it a must for any newspaper that can get it, and the addition of the fancy-dress Jimenez elevating it to the rank of greatness IMHO
