Plenty of great choices already, but sticking to 80s pop, George Michael's Careless Whisper is a song that was really carried by the sax.

I'll also throw in Tears For Fears The Working Hour from the Songs From The Big Chair album.

A personal favourite is Andy Hamilton in the live versions of Duran Duran's Rio.

Also agree with the comments about some of the sax in the later Floyd stuff and also some great work by Mel Collins with Dire Straits.

For something a little more unusual, I used to love the band Cinderella who bought in a horn section after their first album and tracks like Gypsy Road, Shelter Me etc have great bits of sax in them.

Finally, if we are still being seasonal, Clarence Clemons on Springsteen's Santa Claus is Coming to Town.
