I've had some cracking nights at Coalition. Especially when I saw Felix Da Housecat. Great crowd (I guess it depends on the DJ/night though), nice venue, relaxed door staff who even helped me off load a spare ticket. Concorde 2 is great as well. Also I went to The Loft to see Greg Wilson back in Feb. This was good as well.

Not convinced about Digital.

I sat next to Felix in Subway after that event and enjoyed a metaball marinara and good conversation about all things House music.

Wow, that is cool. My missus bumped into him at Trash on his birthday and got a kiss of him. He's a really nice guy. I've seen him 3 times in Brighton now and every time he's been fun to watch and listen to and always attracts a nice crowd.

And if anyone wants to know the worst club it was The Ocean Rooms by a country mile.

Right im going to out myself :)

I run Holdup which is the Indie night on saturdays at life (formerly the arc), cheers for the comments we have been going 7 years now and have a couple of cracking guests lined up for later in the year.

Also 5 or 6 of the brighton team turned up last week and were a total credit to your club, polite blokes with excellent manners, however they were shit dancers to the kings of leon :)

However i didnt let in nicky forster who turned up with jermaine beckford about a month ago :)

Why didnt they get in? Beckford seems a bit of a nob, so I probably wouldnt let him in either.

I don't really go clubbing that much anymore but I've been to coalition a few times in the last year and always had a good night. They always seem to have decent nights in there.

I like Digital but for me it will always be a letdown after spending so many weekends in the Zap circa 2001-2004.
The Honey was never the same after they made it bigger. The Honey before the refurb was shit hot, after that they had to be less picky about who they let so more piss heads from west street got let in and the atmosphere promptly went down the pan.

Concorde speaks for itself, wicked venue

Funky Buddah is good for after partys.

Mixed bag in The Ocean Rooms, I've had some quality nights in there but also had some shit ones.

The clubbing scene in general isn't what it was 10 years ago.

Sherry's anyone?

Not only hot totty but a fair chance of a wild west type brawl to end the evening!
