Best ITALIAN in Brighton and Hove

Casalingo of Preston Street, Brighton - we ate there for the first time last week, having noticed it got so many fantastic reviews on tripadvisor. It was well worth the visit, as the food was stunning, with generous portions, great service from the staff/owners and a cosy atmosphere.

Not the cheapest, but the food quality made it worth it.

I did notice that they don't open for lunch and they don't do pizzas!

We can't wait to visit Casalingo's again.


Have also had good Italian food at Jamie's and Leonardo's.

Fellatios in Kemp Town has the creamiest sauce in the city, every meaty mouthful is just devine, make sure you ask for Fabio and his specials board, the fish Cunnilinguini is awesome.

The penne romana is very good, but find the choice of pizza a little limited

Whenever we've inquired, they offered to put anything onto the pizzas!
