Not sure if we’ve done this before and plenty of people look down their noses at them, but which is your favourite, assuming you buy such things.

I guess this will include live albums as well as varied artists and best of albums.

At the risk of being dissed by the music snobs on here I am going for Best of Hall and Oates and Best of Fleetwood Mac ( the Lindsay Buckingham version). My other half would also throw in the best of Michael McDonald which gets overplayed in this household. Best of Bob Marley also gets regular airtime

How MOTR are my tastes

Hoping to get pointers to albums I don’t have too.

Ah I forgot Enjoy Every Sandwich a various artist tribute album to Warren Zevon.

In 2001 I was a 14 year old doing my Leader round with my Walkman in my pocket. I picked up "The Album" as I quite liked the advert.

I then listened to it religiously. I remember first hearing Plug in baby and thinking "I need more of that". I then went on to become Muse obsessed through college and uni.

I'm also sure I know every word to the full version of Clint Eastwood (much better than the crappy chart version)

Disc 1
1. Clint Eastwood – Gorrilaz
2. Mr Writer – Stereophonics
3. Teenage Dirtbag – Wheatus
4. Burn Baby Burn – Ash
5. Plug In Baby – Muse
6. Buck Rogers – Feeder
7. Let Love Be Your Energy – Williams, Robbie
8. Dancing in the Moonlight – Toploader
9. With Arms Wide Open – Creed
10. You Stole the Sun from My Heart – Manic Street Preachers
11. Oxygen – JJ72
12. Too Many DJ's – Soulwax
13. Always Your Way – My Vitriol
14. All the Small Things – Blink 182
15. I'm Not Trading (radio edit) – Sunna
16. Taste in Men (radio edit) – Placebo
17. I Can Only Disappoint U – Mansun
18. Closing Time – Semisonic
19. Optimistic – Radiohead
20. Star 69 – Fatboy Slim
21. Dirty Beats – Roni Size

Tough one.

I would have to say The Best of The Beatles.

Stones, Kinks, Led Zep, Animals etc? Come on it’s not like the choice is limited, Status Quo ( a band I can’t listen to )
