Upstairs window of house was not usually high enough for his parachute to open properly resulting in multiple action man injuries. If only I had lived in the 14th floor of a tower block.

Also got this one year, memorable because you had to be an action man 'expert' to be able to get the wet suit on.
Oh my ,i had this spent hours of fun ,then i lent it to a mate and never saw it again. The said mate now owns Asian logic [Asia's head poker company] which is a parent company of Dafabet . Tom now is worth a reputed 1.5 Billion Us Dollars I always remind him of my Astro wars when he is back in the UK.

Not the largest Christmas present, but the hours I spent playing this game with my grandparents, parents and sister was just great fun, and brings back many wonderful memories

Ah, pure joy. I was 3. First book I can remember being read to me (couplets included). A few years later, they were the books (I got one each Christmas) that got me reading. Sadly in recent years they have changed the format. I guess I have more than 70 of them now (including some from the 30s and 40 I bought for a few quid in Brighton in the late 70s). Christmas WAS the Rupert annual for me.
Millenium Falcon. only present i outright remember, Christmas sort of blur together, except that one.
Pair of slippers....can’t help thinking I’ve missed out
I genuinely can't remember any Christmas presents, I received as a child, let alone a best one.
Probably goes someway to explaining the person I am today!
