Oh I know that, but there was talk pre-season and at various points throughout that CH liked this way of playing, the signing of Schelotto perhaps pointed towards it, and Andone doens't feel like a loan striker playing with two wingers type of player. Just my feeling
Where's that talk then? Hughton has always said 4-2-3-1 or 4-4-1-1. I've never heard him mention three at the back before, until the Chelsea game where we were thumped and he reverted back to normal.
Andone has played as a lone striker loads of times too, so I'm not sure why you feel he won't play in that position for us
