You reckon? Five races to go, 16 points ahead of Rubens. Will Rubens even get 17 more points? I'm not convinced. I reckon 10 more points guarantees it for Jenson, but it could be less. And even he can do that in five races without breaking sweat.

After the last couple of seasons I think it's fair to say his lead could be wiped out in an instant! Anything could happen.

My ONLY reservation is that Lewis is clearly McLaren's golden boy (and rightly so). I'm not sure they would want to risk upsetting him by bringing in someone who could win races too.

if kimi has a good car and takes it seriously then he is the best on that grid - the second half of 2007 shows that. mclaren wont want to upstage hamilton, and to be honest i cant see him being too happy about having a man coming in who would be able to beat him if he has his mind on the job - which obviously is a pretty big if

Don't want to piss on your parade but I think you'll find Hamilton lost it rather than Kimi won it

fair point about hamilton blowing it big time that year - but it takes a quality driver to take advantage. that is evident this year, in that jenson is going through a sticky patch but thankfully there doesnt seem to be anybody in the field who can put together the sort of consistency he had earlier in the season and take advantage
