Compared to the £70 million pound the BBC pay just for PL highlights and the money the PL players receive partly from this payment the figures for their top ‘stars’ appear quite reasonable!

I know...it’s awful isn’t it! A organisation having to pay lots of money to attract the top talent. Shocking. This is only a story as it is perceived that the public fund the BBC 100%. Which of course it isn’t!

As for that rashFord...250k a week for playing football 90 minutes and around half a year. Bloody scandalous when some tv personalities are having to make do with a million a year!

How do they survive on those wages .

I see that Nick Grimshaw is still being overpaid, this time by £310,000

Seems about right given market pay.

I’d say there’s actually some value for money. Graham Norton could surely command more on the open market?
