As for Bas, its no big deal if he goes - He is an average player, who is quite lucky.

He hasn't actually left yet. He may be stalling on a deal, he may not be. Until he actually signs or leaves then we don't know. I don't recall anyone having a pop at Harding or Bertin until they had actually left. Henderson got stick but for different reasons really. Not really the same is it, so not surprising people haven't had a go at him yet.

I've always been a bit confused by this. The agent should work for the player surely, not the other way around, and if Bas wants to stay he should tell his agent to either sort it or do one.

It is an odd one but agents are a funny breed and will do all they can to get the deal they want including making their client feel they deserve more than is offered. Hopefully Bas will see sense and tell his agent to stop pissing around
