All the more reason for us to go to Yeovil to give a LEGEND a proper send off! All I can say is that if Bas leaves and is replaced by Revell, and O'Callaghan goes and is replaced by Fraser, then that's our chances of the play offs 100% gone, and probably a top half finish too.

agree with all of that, we'd look like last seasons team all over again

i assumed bas had accepted the new contract, didnt realise he hadnt

Nice analogy!!

I am perfectly happy with things,

Why do people like you allways say things like that and then add a BUT afterwards? Your not happy with things otherwise you would'nt be moaning. Forget sentiment we need new players to move on.

The "but" was only hypothetical though. If this squad stayed together and noone left between now and May I am 100% HAPPY. However, there is a big chance Bas could leave, and then if we didn't replace him I wouldn't be happy, because I think the alternatives we have currently aren't good enough. Also, IF he left, I am not convinced we would be able to sign anyone that good to replace him. Of course, release Bas and sign another Forster is brilliant, but in my opinion a bit unrealistic. So, let's just make sure we keep Bas! And yes, we do need new players to move on, but only at the expense of our weaker squad members, not our second best striker!

Why dont we just leave it to our manager to decide? it's his job and it's what he's paid for! He said pre-season he wants a high turn over of players to keep the fans interested and he's keeping his word.

But working on that basis, we may as well close the board now and just leave it all to the manager/chairman/players!

Imagine the frustration of some of the super uberfans being given a snippet of gossip by a players mothers aunt and not being able to share it?

It would be torture for them, I know. But, don't forget, it would make H Block even more of a spaz-fest on matchdays:D

Might take they're mind off the stewards for a while. D'u reckon we'd get planning permission for a gossip fence in H block?
