Get him back, created goals on the right and was a foil for Nicky forster down the middle, it is no coincidence that Nickys goals have dried up since Bas leaving.

Mr Knight please stay out of negotiations in future.

i would have him back in the blink of an eye.

we have no entertainers in this team and God knows we need one

we need someone to bring the crowd back......

The plonker stands as an example to players who try acting bigger than the club - even on humble Brighton and Hove Albion.

If we don't love ourselves, ain't nobody going to love us for it. DK lets it be known that THIS club, is the greatest in the league - and if the very playing staff don't realise it, why have them on the field wearing our colours??

Wheat from chaff - all hail the wheat and  to the chaff

Entertainer? Why, because he managed a fancy dance if he scored? Nice, but for a few of those crowd-pleasers it went right to his head! Not like he'd been producing for a few seasons and warranted a night billed at the Palladium ffs.

I'll take ring-a-roses from the top geezers, over a few shuffles from an overblown prima-donna, thanks.

Definitely sign him, but on lesser terms and make that known. If anyone truly believes that football is about loyalty and wanting to play for a particular club, then they are badly mistaken (although obviously there are a minority that do). There is nothing to suggest that he wouldn't try his hardest? He made an apparent mistake and I don't think we should hold that against him, if he can benefit the club. Hell, Oldham gave Lee Hughes a chance after a cowardly crime, surely we can find it in our souls to forgive him of being misguided?

He didn't like the deal and advice from his agent possibly did not help. He might want to come back as he misses the club or he might want to come back as he can't get a better deal. Either way, he seemed to be an integral part of the team, popular and a useful asset. I would love to have him back here.

Certainly wouldnt bring him back for more than before. But it makes you wonder what deal was his agent supposedly was offering instead of staying in the first place??
I cant imagine a footballer being any diff to any of us. Would you just quit a paid job in hope of something better turning up next week? Your bloody lucky if you can.
This sounds like agent thinking he could make a cut on the back of his short term form with us.Either Baz thought he was v clever and better than us or was a fool to believe his agent.

I'd have him back to sit on the bench, with Robinson. Both possible 'impact' subs which we have lacked recently.

i dont think anyone was questioning that but we need more competion up front

Dixon when he's back in a few weeks, Gatting, and even Hart and Robinson can play up-top. I only think we need to sign a left sided midfielder now.

Until Dixon is ready and proven to be good enough I wopul;d love to see Baz sitting on our bench in preference to Hart or Gatting as I believe that he has a bit more to offer as he is unpredictable, as was shown at Hartlepool.

But I would think there is more chance of us winning the division than DK asking him back, or even agreeing to him coming back.
