What has really ruined the cup this year is the Semi Finals being held at Wembley. That is obscene. I'm sorry, but the Semi Finals should be held at neutral venues as in the past.

Wembley is special and should only be reserved for the Final. The only possible exception is if Arsenal were to meet Chelsea or Spurs in the Semi (eg 1993) and Wembley is the only stadium big enough near by. Even then I was against it back in '93.

Wembley is going to be half empty for the semi's - none of the corporates will show.

That'll hopefully mean neutral venues next year

I doubt it. Wembley half full will still generate some money for the FA.

Really takes the shine off it, but I guess it is good for a team like Barnsley.

Spurs vs Arsenal - Stamford Bridge
Spurs vs Chelsea - Emirates

We all know the only reason is to be the bills of course, like why there will be more NFL and such. Shame.

Wembley will be packed for both semi's because its a one-off that every floating fan will go to watch.....and isn't it great to see that Money doesn't always buy success.....

Superb results for football today, really pleased. Think the semi-finals should be at Villa Park and Old Trafford again. Disagree with Wembley for the semis and even the Mill Stad isn't a great idea, seems too much like a final when if you win there is still a game to play to actually win the trophy.

Only if we had beaten Mansfield, that could have been us through to the Semi's. WILKINS OUT :jester:

Lets think about this...what would the chances be off us beating middlesborough, sheff utd and Cardiff, all in one season???
