Just had a quick look on their website and tickets are now on general sale to home fans. I believe all the bits in red is the allocation for our fans - the whole away end, half of one of the main stands and a block in the stand opposite, should be around 7,000 available I presume.

like we would take 7,000 to Barnsley if we got that much

I'd like to think we'd take nearly that if we need a result to get into playoffs. Didn't we take 4000 to Port Vale for a meaningless game a few years back?

We took 6,000 to Liverpool.

I would say this game is FAR more important given the potential rewards (Assuming we're in a position to need a result there).

Now confirmed on the official website. Barnsley have sent an allocation of 5,500 which go on sale 5pm Thursday online and next Tuesday to phone and personal callers at The Amex ticket office. Prices are , Adult £30 , OAPs £18 , Students (18-20) £18 , U18s £18 U12s £7 (not available online and must be with an adult or OAP). Looks like we will have to sell the 5,500 first before asking for any more if demand goes through the roof.

It would serve Barnsley right if our position in or out of the playoffs was all sorted before that game. They are taking the piss making it a category A game, and are cynically looking to exploit a large travelling contingent.
