Oh , the lead singer of the Frantic Elevators was Mick Hucknall
and asked for their money backThe Police and Lynyrd Skynrd (supporting Golden Earing) both at the Dome. When Skynrd finished their set most of the audience left.

Warsaw (Joy Division/New Order) supporting the Buzzcocks at the Top Rank in 1978 - it ended in a total riot btw.
Didn't realise it was them. great riot btw
The Specials (then called the Coventry Automatics I think) were second support to The Clash at Crawley, behind Suicide who were the main support. They were awesome that night which unfortunately ended in The Clash walking off stage when fighting broke out in the crowd for the umpteenth time !

Madness in some Brighton Poly hall in 79 around the time/just before The Prince was released. They were totally different to anything on the scene at the time and a nice contrast to PUNK. Hords of skinheads so you had to watch yourself!
