Given that a fair majority of posters on NSC are nor regulars any vote will be skewed against season ticket holders

My biggest concern is that we're rewarding the wealthy. Football has never been for the wealthy, it's for the working classes which is why it has to remain cheap and easy to get to. It's fast becoming a persuit of the wealthy. Especially with our clubs prices.

Good point. Working classes is a bit dated though isn't it... or are you still workin down the pit? The tickets are extortionately priced because of the shit we are in.

fact of life I am afraid.

Thatcher started this in the 80's, ie she saw the "working class hooligans" dragging the name of the countryt through the mud with Europe. She used the disasters as excuses to make all seater stadiums and as we all know, seats are more expensive than standing, therefore there is a perfect was to squeeze out the chaff. Sky TV came on board, wanting a safe and friendly product to sell and they threw money at Premiership teams to redevelop their grounds....the money men saw a huge corporate gold mine and the "working class" could not afford to go.

I think the working calass still go to Premiership games but go without on other things. I know a few minimum wage people in Hastings that go up to Highbury every other week. Some even go to away games, including europe. It's about priorities i suppose rather than expecting Footy, a couple of pints each evening, fags and take aways etc.

And on what evidence do you reach this startling conclusion?

It should be a percentage thing.

80% to Champagne Charlies, 10% to those who travel regularly and 10% to Season ticket holders as an after thought.

All to Charlie's so that they can sell on to the wealthy Season Ticket holders and away fans and make a extortionate profit.

Glad to see it is your interpretation then, based on your prejudices and clear bitterness about the club. Good to see facts dont get in the way.

Why don't you look at the financial statements then that have been 'audited' by an independent and trustworthy Chartered Accountant such as yourself?
