Would assume they are getting the last two blocks of the east plus the south east corner?
This would be the most sensible and logical way to do things , with the option to use the 2 blocks in the East Stand for matchday sales to home support when the away following is less than 1,200.

There would still be a pay-by-match block next to away fans because of the Cup allocation rules. I would have thought that the pay-per-match and the away sections will swap around, with the SE Corner being used by away fans, and the SW for Brighton.

Sensible move in my view. I always thought it was a mistake to give away fans a whole end. Not many clubs do in the top two divisions. How many goals have we scored at the south end? Not many is it? I think there is probably a connection there.

We've known this for some time but didn't realise som STHs there may have to move :moo:

Are the away fans actually relocating?

Surely the away section will have to be larger as the capacity will be larger, therefore those 1.5 or 2 blocks plus one corner will be used to fulfill the 10% or 15% rule?

Can't wait, but will be allowed to throw our Vol-au-vents at them if we get scared? :)

If they move them, I intend to luz bottles of vintage Chateau Lafite Rothschild in the direction of any feral away fans.

I would have put them in the southwest corner

Nocando - the inhabitants of the new executive boxes wouldn't want to be looking down on the antics of the away supporters!

I wouldn't say a mistake, without expanding there's not really a better place to put them. Most clubs do stick them in the corner (high up if they can) and I think it's always been the plan to do that if/when the corners were filled.

FRUIT OF THE BLOOM
This is a bit of an issue with me and our Group...

of our group of 5, 1 of us has had a letter they have to move while 4 have not......

Im hoping the club will move all 5 of us to East Upper as a good gesture....

All the people moving have first priority of seats in the East Upper.
We would all like to move there if we can... we shall wait and see..

How far along the East are you? I was speculating with my fellow season ticket holders how far round the away support would be, and we think it will be to about the second stairway in. Is that the sort of area you currently sit in?

I tapped to talk.

Bit off topic but does anyone know if the South stand will have the same relaxed rules regarding standing as the North stand after the changes?

Move the away fans to the North east corner. Always been an advocate of away fans being close to the "noisiest" of the home fans.

I think its more to do with our first half tactics which tend to focus on ball retention and caution!
