You're mad, it's nice that fans can mix after the game. At Chelsea walking back to the station a chap around the same age as me came up to our group and said we were the best team he'd watched for a long time. A nice gesture followed up the two behind him (not together).Amazing day and result yesterday.
However, it irked me a bit to see away fans coming into the stand after the game. This is an absolute no, if they want to socialise, go into the pubs in the city centre.
Call me old fashioned but I love the tribal nature of football, so, having a couple if Wolves fans suddenly come in yesterday for beers was too far imo.

Fair play, other drinking establishments are available after the gameWell it’s quite clear I am in a minority ON HERE, I know some who would agree with me, but, it was just a slight nighle to me. Despite it being an exceptionally good day.
Stoneage
This thread reminds me of when I foolishly posted a thread about how shit women's football is. Admittedly that was 20 years ago, but it took me a week to sit down after the reveilleWell it’s quite clear I am in a minority ON HERE, I know some who would agree with me, but, it was just a slight nighle to me. Enjoyed my train ride with 3 Utd (live in Kent but very much from Manchester) the other day. Gave me a beer and everything. Very knowledgable on football. Told me a funny story about his season ticket getting blocked cos his Brother in law threw a bottle at Mo Salah when he borrowed his ticketYou're mad, it's nice that fans can mix after the game. Walked back to the station after the semi with some "proper" Utd fans who come from Manchester and follow them to every game. They were very honest and we had a good chat about not just the game but our season in general.
There's nothing wrong with meeting other team's supporters, you should try it.

Don’t go back to the 60s, whatever you do, when fans weren’t segregated.Good point. But I still find it a little irritating, maybe I should be older and transport back to the 70’s.
No need to be patronising just because you din’t agree with my view chap. I am grown up enough to make my isn opinions and judgements thanks.Well, when you grow up, you might appreciate their friendly approach. I remember meeting Wolves fans in pubs in Brighton after a game at the Goldstone and they were a great bunch.
There was no other option to have a beer after the game then.
Keep ya knickers on it’s only an opinion. Everyones getting quite ott in their responses on here. Need to all chill out.Or maybe you should just recognize this as the 21st Century!!!
Yeah they were tbf.I thought you were going to say that you had a coach load of Wolves fans sitting with you in the North Stand.
I thought they were a decent bunch of fans, took the piss out of themselves on the train home too.
Calm down mate.Don't you EVER dare call me American again, or I'll go to your house and gift you a bottle of authentic Québec maple syrup and a two-four of Molson Canadian!
The US had been swirling down the drain since Reagan allowed biased media to flourish. If there's been violence at sporting events down there, you can blame the culture war and resulting polarization of their society, since the GQP is entirely bereft of any concern for the country and only seeks to pit ordinary citizens against one another so they don't notice the 1%ers owning 90% of the economy anf lusting for even more.
.
Can do that in town tho cant ya? jokinggggTwo of the Wolves fans in the North stand after the game were my brother and sister in law. They are both in their late sixties and follow Wolves home and away and have done so for all their married life. They particularly like coming to the Amex because they meet up with me and our wider family and friends. They have always received a good welcome from Brighton fans and are confident wearing their colours in the stadium and around the city.
My brother used to live in Brighton and we are his second favourite team.
We are a friendly club so let's keep it like that.
You’re entitled to your opinion but everyone else has an OTT opinion?Keep ya knickers on it’s only an opinion. Everyones getting quite ott in their responses on here. Need to all chill out.
