The Essendon v Carlton game on sunday morning with a nice late kickoff (late for them, delightfully midmorning for us) will be my watch with Freo being on a bye week Cannot stand Essendon at all, absolute bunch of pricks, and looking forward to their inevitable slide down the table in the second half of the season.Carlton are always a decent watch with some absolutely excellent attacking players - Curnow can be unplayable when he's on one.

decent chance of North Melbourne getting a win this week too, West Coast are crap and even more so with no Harley Reid Carn the Roos!

Today saw back to back games featuring the two Western Australian teams, with the Eagles losing to Essendon followed by the Dockers defeating Gold Coast. As a Fremantle fan, this was almost a perfect day (other than an injury to the captain).
