Showing South West Trains only - are Southern also running one then ?

Also since your in the know, this will probably carry on until Saturday, would Advance tickets be valid on all good routes ?

Its not even snowed yet. Why when it threatens to snow or does snow does our country go into meltdown? Especially the trains?

Actually I think it's fair enough. It's almost guaranteed the trains will be up shit creek tomorrow in any case may as well try and plan around it now rather than it being a disorganised mess tomorrow.

This is OUTRAGEOUS, you should be out there with a shovel and clearing the lines so the good people of Brighton can get the hell out of the place and go to work!!!

Or, at the very worst, can't trains have a sophisticated cow catcher type thing on the front to shift the snow out of the way?

Ernest how well equipped are Southern to deal with this-I need to get home from Heathrow at about 10.30 tomorrow and can see chaos.

Anywhere else they run more trains to help people out .. In USa if bad weather hits they run extra trains to make sure all the travel arteries are open

I still can't get my head around why snow would affect anything. Surely 100 tonnes of force every 3 minutes would be enough to melt/clear the tracks?

Saturday's going to be fun on the rail replacement buses. Can see a few breaking down due to the weather because some of them are so old.
