I cant buy a season ticket because i have loads of other commitments but i have been a brighton fan my whole life and go to 5 - 10 games a season. with nearly 15,000 tickets sold, how many seats will be available for people like me?

this may sound farfetched, but is this stadium big enough??

i think that 900 are being held back for general sale so you should be alright if you get in quick enough before games

The nice Mr safety officer said at our presentation that about 1000 seats in the East Stand(south end) are being kept as pay per game.We have to keep 15% available for Away fans at Cup games(south Stand +these 1000) so these are not going to be sold as season tickets. He also stated that the South Stand can be easily partitioned if the away club dont want all of the South Stand so it is possible some South Stand tickets may be pay per match.
I hope this answer is more constructive than some you have got.

On the "big enough"question.
He also stated that the ground design has made provision for an increase to 30,000,if demand was there, without removing any part of the roof.
Utilising the 4 corners and a built in provision for an extra level in the East Stand.

Personally I think the club should only allow people who have been to 30 plus away games get a season ticket. Everyone else can get one after that, but it will cost double. OR make all new glory hunting fans be forced to buy a 3year season ticket minimum, so they do not all bugger off after year 1.

We all know it will happen.

I realise skint gull was very much Tongue-in-cheek with his comments, but if all of the people that have "been to 5-10 games as season all their lives" and "always went to the Goldstone" people are telling the truth, we shouldve averaged about 50,000 gates over the years!

At least.

The seaside.
Isn't it a rule that a certain percentage has to be kept back for match-by-match sales. Sure it was 10% of home areas and came in towards the end of our PL seasons in the sun, but maybe only a PL rule. PS Plenty of empty seats (most of the home end) at The Valley next season if you can't get in at Falmer. We even run coaches from Sussex. *puts on tin hat and jumps into a bush* x

Don't worry, things will ease off after the first season at Falmer.
