It is different with Baz Savage because he is now a free agent he can wait until after the January deadline and still sign for a club that have failed to get the man they wanted, and he will then demand more money. Hammond has to decide whether to accept thie deal on the table, take a chance on another club wanting him in the summer, or hope that the existing deal will still be on the table.

But what is going wrong with this club, or football in general? Why cant any player show a little bit of loyalty. Hammond has been SHIT for us alot of the time but he still gets played and stays as captain, I think Forster should be the permanent captain personally. He must know that hes not playing well, surely he doesnt think hes the new Paul Ince!

Are you really serious:thud:

So Bas is waiting to get more money in February? How does that work? Bearing in mind someone will only probably sign him until the end of the season, he'll go without wages in January, because someone's will pay more for him in February, when he'll be desperate for any wage. Bas is only waiting for a deal, because he's shit, and he'll be someones last option

I can't believe what I read on here sometimes.

f*** it. I'm off to feed the cows :moo::moo::moo::moo::moo::moo::moo:

Clubs can sign anybody now but in February their choice will be limited to players who are free agents of which Baz is one. There will not be that m,any strikers about in that position then, so clubs who have failed to get their main target will have to look again. He would then be able to push his claim on his performances for us to get the wage that he wants even if only until the summer. We got him under similar circumstances from Gillingham and he has said that he signed because the terms (wages) and length of contract was better than Gillingham offered.

Quite simple logic really, which I am sure his agent will be exploiting.

Sorry totally disagree with you. IF he had an offer now, Bs would sign it. He's shitting himself, that he's shot himself in the foot.

The only thing simple here is Bas and his agent. I bet you if the deal we offered him, was re-offered to him tomorrow, he'd bite our hands off for it.

No way does a footballer not get a club, because he wants to wait to hold clubs to ransom. He tried that with us, and look where that got him. I'll say it again, he hasn't got a club, because no one wants him for the wages he wants, and no one wants him because he's shit value for money.

I would agree that he is not good enough but when a club is desperate they will pay the money I am sure, especially a club that is trying to avoid relegation and they may see him as the key to survival.

dunno I'm lost
Chaps, DH and the rest of the TIGHT squad have been restless for a long time as I have said previously.

The whole team/club is in turmoil.

It will take 3-8 Years to sort the shit out.

DK will NEVER recoup what he's invested.

.

If what you say is true the sooner somebody with real money comes in and buys the club the better.

Which will be the best all round.

DK is all out of cash.

Norm is reluctant to put anymore in.

The Blooms are not happy the way the squad is picked.

It's all very politcal BG.

We won't climb the leagues until we have serious investments.

What part are the Blooms not happy about with regards to the picking of the squad, can you elaborate please?

BG, I fear for my club at the mo.

Unless we get major backing soon, we will lose our backbone.

What do you mean about the Blooms not being happy about the way the squad is being picked?

SSS The Blooms are a business. They have been that way for yonks.

They still support alot of things that I'm involved with charity wise, but they are business people foremost.

It is natural that they have a say where their money is going.

Ray is not a clown.

From what you are saying it seems like that they are not happy about some of Wilkins' selections or transfers then?
