Argh wet ipod touch d:

I had a Samsung cellphone spend three months in a snowbank. Came out in April when everything finally melts, let it sit for a week to dry. Worked a treat. Just replaced it two and a half years on, needed a proper keyboard, or I'd still be using it.

Thanks, but I fear its too late for my baby.

The first thing every guide, forum post and other bit of help i've seen said "Don't turn it on".

I did just that because I just thought it turned its self off.

Still hoping for a little bit of money for it to go towards a HTC Desire/Samsung Galaxy S for Christmas if I get a job or another media player if i don't get a job for Christmas.

That one says "Don't switch your wet ipod on as this could be the equivalent of frying it." Could. You might be lucky. Give it a week or two to dry out properly.

Thats the plan

If it doesn't work its saving up till christmas for a new phone and i'll sell the ipod and phone around then hopfully getting 50/60 quid combined.
