There is EVERY chance of us knocking Chelsea out of the cup. What’s got into people?!! They’re just a few points ahead of us in the same league and are in their own very patchy period. They’re also likely to rest one or two players including possibly Palmer. And we’re at home. Come on people! We can do this!
You are of course correct, and perfectly sensible in your statement.

I will, however, be watching the game from my sofa, drinking beer from a flask, wearing my bottlecap necklace.

AND I have a coat rack.

Still waiting on planning permission for the monorail.

So all those not going because of trains times /trains etc etc won't want a ticket for a semi final on a Sunday at Wembley at say 6pm ?

Ah yes, the logical relevance of comparing it to a match at a different time, at a different venue, in a different city, at a different stage of the competition, at a different time of the year against (more than likely) against different opposition.

I was going to say exactly the same.

In fact, I think I still will...

25,000 - give or take.
Is that with 6,000 Chelsea though?

Entitlement / flakeyness / basically all the stuff that Palace fans accuse us of being true.

So much negativity….. I regret that my state of health would not let me go , especially 8 pm on a Winter’s night. But if I were younger and stronger I would definitely be there. It’s The Albion….
Now I know is not a big chance of knocking Chelsea out of the cup … but win or lose ..I support.
7 thumbs up and a well played for telling us you’re not going, other people not going are being accused of making excuses and being flakey fans.

NSC at it’s best…. :lolol:

SUPER FANS well done for going to a crap FA cup draw. Now wind your necks in. It’s overpriced it’s on telly and If it goes the distance it’s a real struggle for people to get home like me and plenty of others.
How is it overpriced? How is £25 to watch the 10th placed team in the Premier League play the 4th placed Premier League team over priced? Name any other live entertainment in the country at anything approaching this level that is anywhere near £25?

It will cost you only £8 less to get into Tonbridge Angels v Worthing the same day. Compared to a game packed full of international players.

The idea that it is overpriced is ridiculous.

Absolutely. It's also £25 including travel - really good value. People can do what they like and everyone has their own reasons but i could do without the glee that some are letting us all know that they won't be going. I suspect many can't wait for us to lose so they can be the first to get a few more digs in and announce how pleased they were that they didn't go.

A sunk cost so not the end of the world, shambolic Everton/Forest performances since paying. Second thoughts.
But we definitely don’t have a fickle fanbase. Just people who can’t be arsed to turn up for a game they’ve already paid for because we’ve lost two games in a row.

I really don’t understand when the form of the team started to affect proper fans’ attendance. Especially when we are talking about two games!! It’s definitely a recent thing, and very sad to see 😕
