To replace two seasoned fixtures in the side we signed Lallana who is only a luxury player due to fitness.

Again terrible recruitment, lost any bite we had and experience.

The medium term plan must be bringing at least 2 of Moder, Sanders, Ali Mac, Alzate and Molumby through. Bissouma has been brilliant this season and between Gross Propper and Lallana, we've got what we need to manage this transition.
