I think its owned by Falmer parish Council? Hence no chance of it ever being used by the Albion & not wanting any Albion fans walking on it.

The Church must have been looking after that bit for years. Looks like that's the reason there isn't an off ramp on to the A27 on that side.
There was a bit of a traffic problem the other day when they were installing the traffic lights at the entrance crossroads.:ohmy:
