Its all about opinions and we have gone from a 0 to a 10 on thsi thread but if someone thinks it is brilliant its a bit rude to try and humiliate them because you think its shit, most critics hate the " big " films and try and make themselves a name by slagging them off when in reality the most creative things these critics do who are leeches on the side of the film industry is make a cup of tea and a slice of toast in the mornings.

Just a minute, aren't you trying to humiliate the critics. The words pot kettle and black spring to mind.:nono:

Being given this Sunday to Doug.

A film depicting one of the greatest tragedies of US history, the greatest strike ever made against them by an enemy since Pearl Harbour.

Whether it's a form of propaganda or not, telling the story in a way that glorifies the heroics of lifesavers, people who didn't consider the dangers as they braved the unknown to save others must be okay.

Personally, I think the real story has already been told in documentary form, so I doubt I'll bother seeing this film.

I have a bit of a funny perspective on this. In years to come I want to remember 9/11 for what it really was.

I have a feeling if I was to see the film then future memories would be a mixture of truth and film fantasie. Not what I want at all.;) ;)

spot on the same as me

The review in The Guardian was one of the worst I have ever read.

Yes, the Guardian are known for their lack of quality when reviewing films

I've decided that i'm not going to watch it. its all too soon, and i think that people are tring to make profit from the loss of life caused that day. I dont think its morally right to make it this soon, when we're still living with the repurcussions

I don't think there will be that much profit made on the film to be honest.
