OK-ish Latin, basic Russian, and a smattering of Arabic. Enough to get by on, in all three cases, but not much more than that. Certainly no fluency!

Spanish is the one I take seriously although when on holiday I always learn hello, good morning and thank you as I believe its just a common courtesy, it also breaks the ice, i've applied this in Greek, Turkish, Cantonese, Arabic, Italian, French, Albanian, Thai, Hungarian, Czech, German, Dutch, Maltese, Swedish, Catalan and Malaysian, It's not a lot to ask

Can understand a fair bit of Cantonese thanks to the wife and in-laws. I only ever attempt to speak a bit when I'm pissed...!
