Exeter told the league that they didnt have enough fit players to complete the game, but were told they had to. Hence they didnt turn up and the game was never re-arranged so the points were awarded to Scunthorpe.

I could have initially asked : Who are the only team to have been awarded points as opposed to being deducted points and why ?
