Mine are showing as 'reserved' but they need to be showing as 'pending' to confirm that they are being processed! I had the same problem for Newcastle!!
To address my own problem, I can confirm that if your purchase history shows 'reserved' rather than 'pending' you can still purchase them by going to 'my reserved tickets', rather than calling the ticket line as is suggested in the official club email.
