Anyone else unable to pay for their cup ticket?

Mine are showing as 'reserved' but they need to be showing as 'pending' to confirm that they are being processed! I had the same problem for Newcastle!!

To address my own problem, I can confirm that if your purchase history shows 'reserved' rather than 'pending' you can still purchase them by going to 'my reserved tickets', rather than calling the ticket line as is suggested in the official club email.

No, that's not right. I'm in the auto cup scheme and mine is showing that the seat for 4th round is reserved.

Mine say reserved too, but if the system has only just been switched on, they probably won't say pending until tomorrow when the ticket office is open.

Interesting.

My auto-enrollment worked for the Newcastle game, but hasn't yet reserved my tickets for the Arsenal game, despite receiving an email from the club telling me that they have. In fact it's encouraging me to buy the tickets for all of the season ticket holders on my Friends and Family list.

I think I'll wait a while to see what happens.

I can't use my main debit card with the club, because it use to be an Electron card, but is now a Visa debit.

It works in 99% of places, but not the Albion or Victoria Station ticket machines :annoyed:

One problem I also had, it might be worth trying, is to check the address the website has for you. I found they had my postcode in the address line, or something like that, and it stopped my payment going through. After a couple of minutes updating my details and it went through fine.

How long is it that the STH priority window is open before other people come into play?

Ticket office bloke (TOB) confirmed to me earlier that STH seats get released at 6pm on Sunday. But, if you are an STH, you can buy a seat elsewhere in the ground now if you want to...

Cheers. In the end I decided not to be lazy and bought mine last night

Same for me. I even went in to the club shop yesterday to make sure they had the correct card details and address. Checked today and it has not gone through again, it seems to me that an awful lot of their ticket staff do not really understand how the system works.

Mine has gone from "reserved" to having disappeared completely from my purchase history and my reserved cup tickets, should i be worried?

That is what mine has done. I'm going in to the club shop to get it sorted, gonna have a bit of a moan up that ticket guy too, if it is the same one as yesterday.

Got it snorted no problem on the phone.

It's the website failing to recognise certain Visa Debit cards it seems. Won't even try to put it through and returns the error based on the number given not conforming to what the web form expects, even if it is right

OK, thanks for letting us know. I'll go in to the club shop to sort it then, minus the previously advertised moan up.

I've had a weird problem in that although my ticket is registered for online purchases and those of my two boys, the system would only recognise my card. The boys cards were not recognised although the online system said both were already registered. The password retrieval did not work either.

Phoned the ticket office and was told none of our cards are on the system and had to register again. This is in spite of the fact that I've bought tickets online before with all the cards. Strange.
