Anyone else unable to pay for their cup ticket?

I've been waiting all day to get this. WHY do they go on sale the SECOND the ticket office actually closes?

on a slightly different note - I joined the auto cup scheme yesterday, but the 4th round ticket still shows in "My reserved Cup Tickets" as waiting to purchase. That can't be right can it?

No, that's not right. I'm in the auto cup scheme and mine is showing that the seat for 4th round is reserved.

I've tried buying my ticket for (hopefully) Arsenal or (I'd be disappointed with) Swansea BUT the site keeps rejecting my cards saying I've got the number wrong for the card type. Well I haven't. So I tried using another card. I keep getting the same problem though.

I've now tried with three debit cards, all of them Visa Debit, and none of them will go through. Same error each time.

Is this just me? Or is the site struggling?

I had same problem then tried it as just VISA not VISA DEBIT and it worked !!!

Which browser are you using ? I found it never worked using IE but was ok on Chrome and Firefox.

No, that's not right. I'm in the auto cup scheme and mine is showing that the seat for 4th round is reserved.

Mine are showing as 'reserved' but they need to be showing as 'pending' to confirm that they are being processed! I had the same problem for Newcastle!!

Surely it'll cost you £2 plus more of your time to go to the ticket office - unless you happen to be passing anyway?

mine worked Visa debit and I have the email conformation....(which I shall print and carry after some had problems last week)
