I don't know why but it seems to change to what you've got above once you start to type something after pasting

The best way to ensure it appears with the coloured boxes is once you've finished typing what you wish to post, is by hitting advance, then without adding anything else to the post, hitting submit reply

Yesterday was an accident. The generated word 'fetus' was released, but then someone at the NYT thought best to change it given all the controversy over the pond on the subject. So anyone doing it between 00.01 and around 06.00 in the UK had fetus, anyone after that had shine.

The NYT Wordle should be the same word for everyone.
