To make any difference to my average at all, I need to steam into some 2s and 3s on a regular basis but that's not happening!

To make any difference to my average at all, I need to steam into some 2s and 3s on a regular basis but that's not happening!

4s and 3s for a couple of weeks will see it moving in the right direction.

I started taking far more care on guess 2 & 3 and saw my average come down.
2s and 5s are my outliers now with a very rare 6/7 (My only 1 came on my second ever go using WEARY which was the word used in the example)

A strategy I have thought of trying, is to validate each guess against a list of previous answers ( so far no answer has been used twice)
But I can't be arsed.
Might help on those ones where there seem to be too many options though.
