What you on about. I knew exactly who he was , stating he hadn’t completed 90 mins for years and injured constantly.
Read the posts and admit you were wrong to think he would be the best signing ever .

Apologies, I was just looking at he screenshot cataloguing your ranting and mistook a post you'd given a thumbs up for a post you'd written. It was actually @Wellesley who'd never heard of him.

Please do link one post where I said he's be "the best signing ever" though. Or even one where I say he was guaranteed to be a great signing? Here are all of my posts on the thread to make it easy for you:

Bakero's posts on the Fati thread

For what it's worth, I still haven't written him off. I don't tend to do that young players, especially those that are clearly talented and have just returned from injury..Fingers crossed he can make a contribution in the remaining months.

He really wasn't very good lastnight. Maybe the physicality and pace of the PL is too much for him
I think we should give him the benefit of the doubt. Rustiness is understandable as that was his first start for a very long time. He’ll be getting plenty of others soon enough. If he doesn’t make a better impression in the coming games I’ll be agreeing with Naylor

Clearly very talented as we saw before his injury but can’t shake the feeling his heart is not really in it and we are only getting a fraction of the application needed for him to give us what we need at this level.

It an interesting one for him as he will need to pull some sort of rabbit out of the hat or he could easily find himself on the path to mediocrity which would probably end up with him strolling around the pitch for journeyman sides like Galatasaray.

You're suggesting he can't do it on a Tuesday night in Wolverhampton in February?

He couldn't help being injured, of course, but overall he has been pretty underwhelming. I'd heard that he was an expensive loan, but reading those numbers in Naylor's article leaves me thinking, Wow! - definitely not worth it. Frankly, I'd send him back and save a few million quid if we could!

Barcelona have to “slash” their wage bill by a further €60m for next season, Fati is surely someone who they’d be looking to offload. I wonder if we’d be interested?

Re the injury. Enciso has been out much longer with a much more serious injury and has looked like a man possessed and the best player on the pitch in his two brief cameos. Braver, wanting to get on the ball. Hungry. Those things don't rely on match fitness.

Imo last night was the first time this season that Fati has been disappointing. He has generally been a good signing. Perhaps judgement is clouded for some by too high expectations
Taking into account the reported wages/costs , minutes on pitch, and key contributions, please define good signing.
